Upcoming workshops:

The Artist’s Way (12 week course)
Take risks, lighten up and rediscover your creativity within a supportive environment!
The Artist’s Way is a 12 week course exploring inner creativity. For some that inner creativity could be getting in touch with their artistic dramatic side, while for others it might look like being more creative in their personal or work life.
Based on a best-selling book The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron, this course explores and seeks to overcome what blocks the full expression of our creativity and playfulness. The basic assumption of The Artist’s Way is that you do not have to learn how to be more creative; instead you need to free your natural creativity. Our creativity can be blocked, and also unlocked.
The Artist’s Way, is a road map to reclaim creativity, each week offering a different dimension to re-connect to. It is a ‘gentle’ book that can have a big impact, particularly when it’s worked through in a facilitated group setting with the opportunity to deepen into the learning through additional exercises and experiences.
Who is the course for?
This course is open to all- whether you see yourself as an artist or not. We use the word "artist" in the broadest sense. The word "artist" actually is defined as "someone who is a creative person (a person whose creative work shows sensitivity and imagination)."

Meisner Technique Acting Workshop
“Acting is the ability to live truthfully under imaginary circumstances”-Sandford Meisner
The Meisner Technique is one of the most popular approaches to acting.
Over the course of 8 weeks you will learn how to: unleash truthful, emotional performances; let go of self-consciousness; expand your acting range; build self awareness; develop the ability to act moment to moment.
Working through the series of step-by-step series of improvisational exercises will train you to be thoroughly responsive, emotionally alive, spontaneous and absolutely grounded in the reality of what is happening at any given moment with any given person. These foundational exercises will get you out of your head and into being absolutely present to the world around you and the people with whom you share it.
Although initially Meisner developed its techniques to train actors, it has worked for people of all professions who want to be more spontaneous, assertive and live here and now.

Workshops offered for groups:
- Meisner Technique- Meisner's work was based on the principle that acting is the ability to live truthfully under imaginary circumstances. His training method relies on accessing actor's impulses through which real responses and and real behaviour are accessed in the moment.
- Viewpoints- it's a movement philosophy cultivated by Anne Bogart that explores the issues of time and space allowing actors to function spontaneously and intuitively to generate bold, new work by developing flexibility, articulation and strength in movement. By practising Viewpoints actors learn to create a role and understand a script through the body and senses.
